Kim Radcliffe has practiced for over 30 years representing international and domestic clients in corporate and commercial transactions, real estate, commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and animal law. Kim initially practiced corporate and commercial law in London, England for a firm headquartered in Paris, France after earning her LL.M degree in International Business Law and Litigation, from King’s College, University of London (1990).

While practicing law in Orlando, Kim also served for 8 years as an Adjunct Professor of International Business Law, International Business, and Business Law for Webster University’s MBA and undergraduate programs at the Orlando, Florida campus. 

Among other positions, Kim served on the Executive Council of the International Law Section of the Florida Bar from 2005-2014, and as Chairperson of the International Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association from 2006-2008, as well as serving in various other legal, business, and charitable organizations.

Kim is admitted to practice law in Florida (1996) and New York (1990), and was formerly a foreign lawyer member of The Law Society of England and Wales. She is admitted to the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida (1996) and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Judicial Circuit (2010). 

Prior to her LL.M degree, Kim earned her J.D. degree from the University of Florida (1989), and her B.A, Cum Laude, from Virginia Tech (1985).
