Shay Beaudoin


Shay Beaudoin is an associate transactional attorney at Alexander Business Law. Prior to joining the firm, Shay has practiced in the areas of business law, commercial litigation, and insurance defense.

Shay obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Florida in Marketing and received a Minor in Innovation. Following his undergraduate studies, he obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree with honors from the Florida State University College of Law as well as a Master of Science Degree from the University of Florida in sports management.

During law school, Shay competed in mock baseball arbitration competitions at Tulane University, served as a baseball scout for the Florida State University baseball team and worked as a law clerk for the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. In 2021, Shay authored several articles regarding the legal considerations surrounding the NCAA’s approval of college athletes profiting on their name, image, and likeness.

In his free time, Shay loves to be near the ocean and spending time with friends and family.
